Assessment services

Everything we do is based on ongoing in-depth workplace research we’ve been conducting since 1993.
We utilize proprietary benchmark survey instruments, focus groups, and interviews to customize
management-practices assessments and soft-skills-gap assessments for any organization, team,
individual, or category of individuals.

Assessment deliverables typically include:

Training delivery options

Live, in-person programs

  • Travel and accommodations where applicable

Live, remote webinars (from our in-house studio)

  • Recommended: 60–90 minutes per session
  • Best as a series (paced learning and implementation between sessions)
  • Can be paired with optional “Lunch & Learn” discussion guides and follow-up assignments

Our video-based training platform features multiple programs and hours of content and can be used as reinforcement
within a larger initiative or as a catalog of our offerings.

  • Annual per-person subscription options
  • Program licensing options for internal LMS or classroom use by your trainers

Bespoke recordings

Customized recordings of our content to your specifications—ideal for scale, consistency, and internal reuse
