Train the trainer

Bruce Tulgan will work with your professional trainers and any other internal leaders you designate in order to help them achieve a higher level of understanding and mastery of the program content to enable them to take ownership of our workshops within your organization. Our goal is to prepare a group of your trainers and other leaders to lead our workshops on their own; provide reminders and follow-up resources and even one-on-one coaching to help training participants implement the best practices taught in our workshops.

We do NOT require any certification process or additional fees. We offer train-the-trainer services simply to provide you with additional support and resources to implement our programs. Bruce is so passionate about the best practices taught in our workshops, our goal in training trainers and other internal leaders is to increase the impact of our programs in your organization. We want to help you make the training stick so your organization gains the maximum return on your training investment.

Once you identify a group of trainers and other leaders who will serve as ‘internal champions’ of our programs, we will work with you to devise the most efficient way to provide those internal champions with additional train-the-trainer resources and training. Bruce will conduct additional sessions via telephone conference with internal champions before, during and after any workshop at no additional cost. As well, Bruce will conduct special briefings and debriefings for internal champions whenever he is on-site to deliver a workshop before, during and after the workshop at no additional cost. Bruce will also provide internal champions with leader’s notes for any workshop at no additional cost.

When it makes sense, Bruce will conduct per se train-the-trainer sessions (half-day or full-day) for internal champions at his normal fee structure.
