The whirlwind continues, and more featured strong leaders!

April 2016

From Bruce

It’s April and the whirlwind continues…
We wrapped up a very busy March with keynotes in Toronto, Canada (to Progressive Dairy Operators) and Albany, New York (to the Capital Region Human Resource Organization). On to April, and let’s win there! Over the next several weeks, I’ll be with clients in Charleston, SC, Monterey, CA, Detroit, MI, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, and then back to Northern California. And no, I am NOT running for office!

I am thrilled to remind you that my new Huffington Post column, “The Wisdom of Strong Leaders,” has launched. The series has thus far included profiles on Larry Lawson, Chief Executive Officer and President of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., Sheri Thompson, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Underwriter of Prudential’s Agency Lending Group, and the current profile features Doug Hoffman, the longtime President and Chief Executive of WILCO, the Northwest’s largest agricultural supply cooperative. See why Mr. Hoffman has been named the #1 CEO in Oregon and WILCO one of the “best places to work” in Oregon. Please spread the word about the new HuffPost series and please stay tuned as we feature one strong leader after another. I’d welcome your suggestions of real strong leaders in the real world who might be willing to share their actionable wisdom and be profiled in the series.

Have a really strong April!
