Happy 4th of July!

From Bruce

Happy America’s Birthday Month!!!

June was a whirlwind of travel: Detroit, Richmond, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, Miami, and Minneapolis! So I am grateful for a respite in July — a chance to reflect and… start my new book…

On July 26, I’ll be presenting a webinar for ATD: “Bringing Out the Best in Millennial Talent”. Follow the link for more information and to register.

Meanwhile, in June we returned to an old RainmakerThinking tradition: Our Survey Question of the Month. The question was: “What rewards do you value most in a job?” Check out the results below. And please take a minute to respond to our July question: “What is most difficult for you about your current job (pick up to three)”?

Stay strong!

Bruce
